Binna Burra is also infested with wallabies (that is a three-word phrase I have been waiting ALL MY LIFE to use) but only at night. I am completely, shamefully incapable of photographing nocturnal wallabies. Seriously, I have at least two dozen pictures of blurry, wallaby-colored smudges, or else of tiny, glowin' eyes in the night. Them're WALLABY eyes. Under a log in Lamington: a big fat stripey earthworm, which was of a most generous size, but was no.. ...Giant Earthworm of Gippsland, indigenous to southeastern Australia. They get up to thirteen feet long, and I have nagging, awful feeling that they might just surpass geoducks for the title of Most R-Rated Invertebrate. (alas, not my picture)

Oh, hey, and an agyrtodine leiodid: the whole reason I went to Australia in the first place. Thanks, li'l fella! You understand about the genitalia dissection, right? We really, really needed those. Yeah, it's cool.
