As usual, I do have some things to mention, though: First the hair. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Now for the face. It's a little long, which looks weird with the petite, feminine body. also, the nose is a little flat and plain. the moth is awesome, the shading is wonderful, and the eyes are beautiful! just maybe a little shorter of a face? Also, the head is a little big for the body :O The neck is wonderful, the shoulders are perfect, the outfit is intriguing, the torso and hips are beautiful, the clothing folds and shading is magnificent, everything is top notch!! I'm very impressed and inspired by this picture! Had an urge to draw her... so I did ^-^ 'Though I really should get on with the manga so I can release some chapters ^^; For anyone who's interested view my profile :) C&C Welcome. senobdec 2004/10/23 - 15:4:37 First off, the lineart style is very cool. Second, I dig the sketchy solid coloring style (that lettering looks so cool). The eyes have a great intensity to them. C+C: Just a couple of anatomy and aesthetic/stylistic stuff. 1. The eyes are different widths and heights, try and make them more similar then take perspective into account (treat the vertical and horizontal dimensions separately). 2. The shoulders aren't equal - one (the one on our right) is broader than the one on the left. 3. Probably lighter (but thin) highlights in the hair would be a nice "reflection" to the lightness of the skin. This one is kinda iffy / optional. 4. Try using less angular lines in the clothing, and throw in some shaded folds (solid lineless shading). Nothing fancy, but a bit can easily make the clothes look as well-shaded as the skin.
