She looks a little bit like Kou Shibasaki playing Mitsuko Souma (in the 2000 film Battle Royale) to me. A little older.

It does have a nice paint-like feel to it, though. :)

It's a very good effect; really nice. The fairy might be just a TINY bit more light, or outlined,so you can see her a bit better,but I understand your effect;you want her to illuminate around her,not be seen so much herself.You did accomplish you goal. Very original, me like.

Mm. I realize you didnt ask for crits or anything, but I wanted to mention this function called layers on the oekaki board if you didn't already know about it. If you use the layers, you can color underneath the lines.. and then you wont have the bleeding, and you can tidy up the coloring without erasing lineart. And you can put each color on a different layer, so that when cleaning one, you dont erase another. In this case, the bleeding effect looks really nice, makes her look ethreal and pretty. If this was done intentionally, my apologizes for assuming. I like it. Very cute.
