Well I shall start off by saying this is a very fine pic indeed - she is most beautiful......
But realism geared C+C you want.......and that is what you shall get.....don't worry it's not too harsh...:)
Ok....Going on her right side hair i'd say her head kinda follows the foreheads line...which means that the eyes are too high which throws out the rest of the features.....the eyes should sit around a centre line between the top of the head and bottom of the chin, the tip of the nose then sits around halfway between the eyes and the chin....with the mouth sitting around halfway between the nose and the chin.....
The eyes are a tad too open....the entire pupil could easily sit inside those eyes without touching the sides......Which in fact only happens when you are quite surprised.......in relaxed eyes the pupil will always touch the bottom and top eyelid, when looking slightly up it will leave the bottom lid but when looking down the top lid will follow it down....try it in a mirror...
Noses are tricky devils because they are the same color as the face, which means they have to be drawn in entirely in shadows and hi-lights.....often on highly lit pictures the nose vanishes altogether, lose the lines and concentrate on using much darker shadows and almost white hi-lights to really make that nose stand out, dig out that mirror again!
The only thing I can really say about the mouth is to try and bring in that shading again, lipstick can make mouths look a different shape and totally fake in real life so concentrate on the actual mouth and add the lips when you are happy with the mouth, usually it is slightly crooked and the mouth will be very nearly black unless lit from the front....
Shading......slightly confusing as the forehead and nose suggest she is lit from her right, but it is not consistant through the pic......don't forget that everything will cast a shadow and/or pick up hi-lights......

Ok, right about now you are thinking 'holy moley, my pic sucks as a realistic pic' but believe me it doesn't, she could quite easily become realistic with a few adjustments, you have a very good base to build on......almost all of realism is noticing small details that everyone else misses.....and then trying to put them in a pic so no-one actually sees them (subconscious art anyone!?).....try studying a few random faces off the net, nope don't just look at them, really study them.....find all the flaws and textures, find the small details that you usually miss....then start to put them into your pics.....
(Hopefully I will be doing an in depth tutorial on this soon)

very nice the only c and c i can give is when working on realism really really work on the eyes and drawing the nose and make them have as much detail as u can. *_* but this is a good picture i say stick to your style

the hair is quite grand, as everyone else has said already. i like green and pink together its a nice combination.
i love the shading on her skin too, although i think it could do with more shadow
ye know i dont think i really have anythingto say that anyone else hasnt already D: sory.
but i think it looks awesome
