It's very cute!
When it comes to shading, you might want to try shading with different colors instead of only a darker shade of the base color. Try experimenting with colors. I know it could feel weird applying purple and yellow to skin, but a variation could bring out depth in a picture (seriously need to practice on that myself xD). Hope that was of some help ^^

Going off of what golden said, when I shade skin, I will use the watercolor tool with a blueish color and blend it in. If you don't feel safe putting it right on, you can make another layer and use more like an airbrush with just blue-tinted skin. Play with it, it's a cool thing to understand. I still play around. I love her expression and the mouth, in particular. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to do that so many times and it never works out. I really dig the hair, too.
