Character Name: Cheza Series: Wolf's Rain Debut: Otakon 2003 Construction Notes: Normally, I'm pretty conservative when it comes to clothes and such, but when I saw this series, I wanted to cosplay one of the characters. I considered Toboe, but everyone was cosplaying him...so I chose Cheza instead. I had just bought my first sewing machine and found some swimsuit spandex at JoAnns. I wanted the challenge and after all the experimental pattern drafting, sewing, and gluing, I'm really proud of my efforts. It was a very comfortable costume to wear (but I had to be very careful to keep clean) and I recieved some nice compliments from a couple people who recognized me.
